The construction of Greenwich Millennium Village is a major collaboration between many companies and individuals. The site is being developed by Greenwich Millennium Village Ltd, a joint venture company created by Countryside Properties, Taylor Woodrow and English Partnerships, the national regeneration agency, is entrusted with the responsibility of providing the infrastructure and essential services both within the Village and throughout the Peninsula.
